Welcome to Servy. By using our platform, you accept the following terms.
1. Purpose of the service
Servy is a platform that connects clients with home-service providers. Servy is not a party to the contracts concluded between clients and providers.
2. User account
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. One person or legal entity per account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Servy.
3. Pricing
Registration and use of Servy are free during the launch phase (1 free year). Paid subscriptions for providers will be introduced later, with clear advance notice.
4. Provider commitments
The provider undertakes to provide accurate information, respond to requests within a reasonable time, and deliver services as agreed. Servy may suspend or remove an account in case of serious breaches.
5. Client commitments
The client undertakes to provide accurate information about their request and to pay the provider according to the terms agreed directly with them.
6. Liability
Servy connects users but is not liable for the execution of services. Any dispute must be settled directly between the client and the provider.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable law of the user's country of residence. Any dispute shall fall under the competent jurisdiction at the user's place of residence.
