Servy respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
1. Data collected
We collect: your name, email, phone, region, and the information you enter in your profile. For providers: verification documents (ID), portfolio photos, business description.
2. Use of data
Your data is used to: create your account, connect you with other users, send service notifications (new requests, messages), improve the platform. We never sell your data.
3. Sharing with third parties
We share only the data necessary with our sub-processors: Supabase (database hosting and auth, EU — Ireland), Brevo (transactional email delivery, France), Sentry (error monitoring, optional), Stripe (CH payments, Ireland) or Konnect (TN payments). No marketing sharing, no resale.
4. Your rights (GDPR / nFADP)
At any time you can: access your data, correct it (from your account), delete it (the 'Delete my account' page), export it (JSON export available in your account), object to processing, or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@servy.ch. We reply within 30 days. If our reply doesn't satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France — www.cnil.fr), the Swiss data protection officer EDÖB (www.edoeb.admin.ch), or the INPDP (Tunisia — www.inpdp.nat.tn) depending on your country of residence.
5. Retention
Your data is kept as long as your account is active. After deletion, it is erased within 30 days, except for accounting data kept per legal requirements (10 years).
6. Cookies
We use functional cookies (session, preferences) and anonymous analytics (Vercel). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
